Contest Details

NICU Valley Medical Trip


The purpose of this group is to mentor girls, who are in grades 8-12, in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Although it started as a follow-up to Tech Trek Science Camp for Girls (a week-long residential summer scholarship camp for 8th graders that emphasizes the STEM areas), GEMS is open to all middle and high school girls and is one of the many avenues that AAUW contributes to in its mission to advance equity for women and girls
