29th Annual Wildflower Run – Sunday, April 1, 2012!

Proceeds from the Run help support education for women and girls. This year we are awarding four scholarships to local high school girls for college and five to local women who are continuing their higher education. In addition we will send eight middle school girls to Tech Trek, a one-week math-science camp at Stanford University. Funds also go to AAUW Funds, which provide graduate fellowships for women.

Our Run features:

• Flat, fast 5K and 10K courses on scenic local back roads, ideal for runners wanting to improve their personal best times.
• 2K Run for Kids on school track, a safe environment for children ages 5-10
• T-shirts (see design below), goodie bags and Jamba Juice smoothies for all participants.
• Medals for all 2K finishers.
• Medals for first, second and third places for male and female 5K and 10K winners in all age groups.
• Prizes for first, second and third place male and female overall winners of each race.
• Chip timing by South Valley Endurance
• Professional photography, with action photos available for online purchase following the Run.
